the staff was friendly, a real plus. the room was clean and presentable, i liked that. the location is great with the metro being so close.
The room was small. the bathroom exhaust fan was not working. That was a problem. the wifi didn't work in my corner room.

The room felt small. the bathroom fan did not work. This was quite inconvenient. i also noticed there was no shower curtain, so water splashed everywhere. wi-fi was spotty. i was hoping for better.

the staff were helpful. fresh towels arrived with daily room service.
I found the lack of air conditioning disappointing given how warm it was. also, the wifi barely worked in my room. That corner room had poor connectivity. breakfast ingredients seemed to be of poor quality. they lacked flavor.
